- 🔴 First make the ganache by mixing 1 box of milk cream with the chocolate in bar (already minced) to make it easier and taking it to the microwave to melt. (If you don't have a microwave, just melt it in a bain-marie over the stove's flame). After melted and well mixed, place the ganache in the form of a pudding and take it to the freezer while you prepare the nest cream.
- For the nest cream, just beat all the remaining ingredients in the blender and pour on top of the chocolate ganache with delicacy not to mix. Place in the freezer until frozen and remove when ready to serve. . To unmold it easier, just heat the pan on the stove flame until you feel it come out of the pan. Then just turn it on a serving plate that is slightly sunken so you don't run the risk of melting and spilling.
