- Canned condensed milk1.1/2 unit(s)
- Milk (use condensed milk carton to measure)1.1/2 unit(s)

- Egg whites3 unit(s)
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Melt the chocolate and mix it with two boxes of cream.
- Unite a form with butter and pour the melted chocolate. Spread it all over. Take it to the freezer until the preparation is finished.
- In a pan, mix the milk, condensed milk, vanilla and the sifted egg yolks until creamy.
- Beat the egg whites with the sugar and then carefully mix the remaining cream with the help of a spoon.
- Wait for the cream to cool down, and mix it with the egg whites gently.
- Add this mixture to the mold, cover with plastic film and put it in the freezer for 6 hours.
- To unmold, carefully pass the knife around and, if necessary, heat the bottom of the mold a little.
