- Nest Milk1 cup
- Sour cream4 can(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Colorless unflavored gelatin (powder)12 g
- Dark chocolate100 g
- Pour 3 of the cans of cream, the can of condensed milk and powdered milk into a container and mix well.
- Hydrate the gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions and add to the rest of the mixture.
- Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours or until firm.
- For the ganache, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and add 1/2 can of cream, mix until smooth.
- Pour over the rest of the candy and take it back to the fridge for another 1 hour.
- Serve as you wish!
