Nest Milk1 cup
Sour cream4 can(s)
Condensed milk1 can(s)
Colorless unflavored gelatin (powder)12 g
Dark chocolate100 g

Pour 3 of the cans of cream, the can of condensed milk and powdered milk into a container and mix well.
Hydrate the gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions and add to the rest of the mixture.
Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours or until firm.
For the ganache, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and add 1/2 can of cream, mix until smooth.
Pour over the rest of the candy and take it back to the fridge for another 1 hour.
Serve as you wish!
