Ingredients

1 box of condensed milk395 g
4 boxes of sour cream800 g
2 cups of powdered milk150 g
1/2 cup of water100 ml
1 packet of unflavored gelatin powder12 g
Chopped semisweet chocolate200 g
White chocolate shavings to taste

Hydrate the unflavored gelatin in 100 ml of water and microwave for 15 seconds. Reserve.
In a bowl, place the cream, condensed milk and mix well. Add the powdered milk and mix until smooth.
Add the reserved gelatin, mix well, pour the contents into a marinex and refrigerate for 6 hours or until firm.
In a pan, place the chopped semisweet chocolate, the milk cream and take it to the medium fire, always stirring until all the chocolate melts and a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the chocolate over the dessert and put it back in the fridge to chill.
Decorate with white chocolate shavings and serve.
