- Whole pineapple1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)

- Pineapple flavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Water250 ml
- Sugar2 cup
- Peel the pineapple and cut into small cubes or your preference. In a pan, add the pineapple already cut into cubes, sugar and water. Let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes, until the pineapple is cooked. Do not let the water dry completely, leave 50ml of the cooking water.
- After cooking, on an off fire, you will dissolve the pineapple flavored gelatin, in the pan with the cooked pineapple with the 50 ml of water left over from cooking, dissolve the gelatin very well.
- After dissolving the gelatin, you will add the condensed milk and the cream and mix very well. After mixing, you will transfer to a refractory or bowls and take it to the fridge for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour you can serve! Here's a tip for you to make a pineapple jelly and finish on top or add fresh cream. And good appetite 😋
