- Plums to taste
- Chop a large pineapple, and cook it with two tablespoons of sugar (I used demerara), until the juice that forms begins to dry up and the pineapple has more color, drain the juice and reserve the pineapple.
- Heat 2 cans of condensed milk, 2 sieved egg yolks, 1 1/2 can of milk, stir until thickened and cook the yolks, set aside and cool; the cream is not very thick.
- Beat the 2 egg whites, beat well, and add two tablespoons of sugar (I used demerara), beat a little more and add 1 can of cream without the whey, mix.
- Mounting intersperse the pineapple and the condensed milk cream, finally the egg whites cream and finish with pitted plums in syrup. If you don't like plums, you can do without, but the combination is perfect. Take it to freeze, I always make it overnight.
