- Small Fuji apple2 unit(s)

- Sunflower oil1 cup
- Demerara sugar1.5 cup
- Whole wheat flour2 cup
- Oat flakes1 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 dessert spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Peel the apples and chop into small cubes. Reserve the shells.
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, oatmeal, cinnamon and chopped apples. Reserve.
- In the blender, beat the apple peels, eggs, oil and sugar until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour this mixture from the blender into the container with the flour and mix well.
- Add the yeast and stir gently to incorporate into the dough.
- Pour the dough into a greased roast and take it to the preheated oven at 180ÂșC to bake for about 35 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
