- Banana to taste
- Syrup: Take 2 cups of sugar to the fire until melted. Then add 1 cup of water and let it incorporate until it forms a syrup (like pudding). Spread in a round shape and place the sliced bananas over the syrup.
- MASS: Add the remaining cup of sugar and eggs and beat in the mixer for 10 minutes. Turn off the mixer and add the other ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the caramelized form and with the bananas. Bake in a medium oven for approximately 45 minutes, depending on the oven, unmold while still hot, loosening the sides with a knife. NOTE: BE CAREFUL WHEN UNMOLDING, THE GRILL WILL BE LIQUID AND HOT. DESIGN NEAR THE SINK.
