Inverted Churros Cake

Pré aqueça o forno a 190 graus. Unte uma forma de furo no meio com as duas colheres de manteiga. Coloque as duas unidades de leite condensado e reserve na geladeira

Pre heat the oven to 190 degrees. Grease a hole in the middle with two tablespoons of butter. Put the two units of condensed milk and reserve in the fridge.

Em um liquidificador bata por 3 minutos os ovos , o açúcar, o leite e o óleo. Acrescente a farinha aos poucos, até ficar uma massa homogênea. Por último acrescente a canela e o fermento em pó . 

In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, milk and oil for 3 minutes. Gradually add the flour until you get a homogeneous mass. Finally add the cinnamon and baking powder.

Retire a forma da geladeira e despeje a massa delicadamente por cima do leite condensado. E leve para assar por aproximadamente 50 minutos ou até que espetando um palito,este saia limpo.

Remove the form from the fridge and pour the dough gently over the condensed milk. Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Aguarde no máximo, 5 minutos e desenforme ainda quente ! 
Aguarde esfriar completamente e sirva . 

Wait a maximum of 5 minutes and unmold while still hot!
Allow to cool completely and serve.
