- Whole milk01 cup
- Cinnamon powder01 teaspoon
- Condensed milk01 can(s)
- Yeast01 tablespoon
- Wheat flour02 cup
- Margarine to taste
- Start by greasing the mold with plenty of margarine so that the condensed milk doesn't stick to the mold when you unmold it.
- Add the condensed milk in the mold and, while mixing the dough, leave the mold in the freezer for the condensed milk to harden a little.
- In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, oil and mix well.
- Then add the milk, cinnamon, flour and stir until smooth.
- Finally, add the yeast and stir gently.
- Gently transfer the dough to form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Tip: - grease the mold with plenty of margarine so that the condensed milk doesn't stick when unmoulding; - do not use a very large round shape, opt for a smaller one.
