- ⚠️ Grease the mold with plenty of margarine/butter (don't use anything else). 🔴 After greasing the shape, pour the condensed milk and book.
- Pasta Preparation Method In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil and sugar until smooth.
- Pour this mixture into a pot and add the wheat flour gradually (mix with fouet, if you don't have it, mix with a spoon 😅), when all the wheat flour is already mixed, add the baking powder and cinnamon powder, mix gently.
- Pour in the greased shape and with the condensed milk, very carefully so that the dough does not mix, bake for about 1 hour (preheated oven, 180°C), before taking it out of the oven, stick the knife / toothpick and see comes out clean.
- ⚠️ It's important that you leave this time baking for the condensed milk to cook and turn into the dulce de leche! 🔴 After taking it out of the oven, wait 10 to 15 minutes to unmold, the cake should be neither hot nor cold, pass a knife on the sides to make sure the cake is loose from the shape. Once that's done, just decorate as you prefer!
