- Prepare the gelatin normally, using 2 liters of water.
- When it's ready, put it in the blender along with the cream, beat everything for 5 minutes.
- Place in molds (I used 11cm) Place in the fridge for at least 3 and a half hours. Unmold, Yields 8 servings.
