- Melt the chocolate together with the cream until it turns into a ganache cream.
- In the bowl, start assembling, crumble the cake and make a layer, wet this layer with the cherry syrup
- Place a layer of the ganache cream and chop the cherry pieces and continue like this until the cup is full.
- Finish with whipped cream and garnish with fruit cherry.
