- In a pan put the condensed milk and powdered milk and mix to dissolve, with the fire off.
- Then add the butter, turn on the low heat and keep stirring until the cream gains consistency and releases from the bottom of the pan.
- When you get to the point, turn off the heat and add the coarsely chopped cornstarch biscuit.
- Mix one last time, transfer the candy to a greased refractory and spread evenly on the bottom.
- Now let it cool and then take it to the fridge for at least 4 hours to firm up.
- After this time, remove the candy from the refractory, cut it into squares and dip each one in powdered milk.
- Now it's just serving.
