- hazelnut cream (nutella or other of your choice)2 tablespoon
- packet cornstarch biscuit2 unit(s)
- Sugar for dipping to taste
- Line a refractory or square shape with baking paper, sprinkle sugar over the paper and set aside.
- Take the condensed milk mixed with the nutella to the fire to make a brigadeiro. When it detaches from the bottom of the pan, cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat.
- Mash the biscuit coarsely and add it to the brigadeiro, mixing well.
- Pour the Italian straw over the sugar. Sprinkle more sugar on top, smooth with a spatula or spoon so that you get an even surface.
- Let it cool, remove from the mold by releasing the paper. Cut into squares or the shape you like. Roll in more sugar.
