- Recipe
- Condensed milk Day1 can(s)
- Chocolate 50% Cacao Qualicau3 tablespoon
- Quatá milk cream200 ml
- Biscuit Maisena Vitarella133 g
- Icing sugar to taste
- In a small bowl, separate 1 package of chopped cookies (the way you prefer)
- Place 1 can of condensed milk in a pan.
- Then sift 3 tablespoons of 50% Chocolate into the pan. And mix until smooth.
- Add 1 box of milk cream and mix well before turning on the fire.
- Turn the heat on low to medium (depends on the power of the mouth you are using) and mix everything very well with a silicone spatula, preferably.
- After approximately 10 to 20 minutes, when you realize that you have reached the point of rolling brigadeiro (when you separate the dough with the spatula and it doesn't come together). Turn off the heat and stir for a few more seconds.
- Gradually mix the already chopped biscuit to your brigadeiro.
- Put plastic wrap in a shape and put all your mixture in it. And cover with plastic wrap without leaving any air bubbles inside.
- By preference, I put my straw in the fridge to be very firm, and to be able to cut more easily.
- With a cutter or knife, cut to size 5x5cm, roll in icing sugar and that's it, just serve your straws.
