- jambo500 g
- Sugar200 g
- Water200 ml
- Lemon juice1 tablespoon
- Sanitize the jambos removing all wrinkled parts. Cut into pieces and bring to a boil with water for about 10 minutes.
- Place in a blender and liquefy. After liquefied, return to the pan and add the sugar and lemon, bring to the fire until it reaches the point of jelly.
