- 150ml of water, 1pct of unflavored gelatin, 1pct of flavored gelatin of your choice (I used tuti-frute)150 ml
- In a container, add the gelatin with the chosen flavor and the unflavored gelatin, mix well and add the water at room temperature, stir a lot and let it rest for 10 minutes. After resting, the gelatin has a firmer texture. Take it to the microwave (or bain-marie) for 20 seconds, the gelatin will be liquid again. Transfer to silicone molds or ice molds. Take the molds to the fridge for another 20 minutes and it's ready.
