- small mashed banana1 unit(s)
- Water1 tablespoon
- tapioca starch1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence optional1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil1 ml
- Cinnamon1 to taste
- Beat the egg, oatmeal, mashed banana, water, tapioca and vanilla in a blender until you get a firm dough. Grease a shallow frying pan with the oil and pour the dough, forming a disk. Cook over medium heat for approximately 2 minutes and turn over, allowing the other side to brown for the same time. Remove from fire. and eat at will
