- ground almonds70 g

- Beat the butter with the sugar using an electric whisk or a rubber spatula.
- As soon as you get a very smooth material, add the egg and mix vigorously.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again.
- With your hands, form a ball that film and keep in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- Spread the dough on parchment paper and cut rectangles of about 7 cm by 14 cm.
- Place a square of chocolate 3 cm from one end and fold the second.
- Press lightly at the junction of the ends to bind them together.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 180°. And that's it, here's a homemade snack!
