- Kanten (Agar Agar Powder)5 g
- Filtered water2 cup
- Condensed milk3 tablespoon
- Milk3/4 cup
- Berries blended in a blender1 cup
- Sugar to taste
- Mint leaves to taste
- Dissolve 2.5g of kanten in 1 cup of water
- Boil for 3 min and set aside
- Mix the condensed milk with the milk and mix with the kanten, after it has cooled down a bit
- Distribute in small bowls or place in a moistened refractory, in case you want to misinform
- Again, dissolve 2.5g of kanten in 1 cup of water and boil for 3 min.
- Sweeten the red fruits and mix with the kanten, after cooling a little
- Wait for the condensed milk gelatin to harden a little, before covering it with the red fruit gelatin.
- Garnish the dessert with strawberries or blackberries and add a mint leaf.
