- Erythritol Powder1/4 cup
- Milk3 tablespoon
- Vanilla Extract2 teaspoon
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a baking sheet with some cooking oil spray.
- In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and granulated sweetener.
- To make the dough: use two bowls. In the first bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together until combined.
- In the second bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
- Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough ball starts to form.
- Sprinkle some almond flour on a large piece of parchment paper and begin rolling the pan into a 1/2-inch thick rectangle.
- Use a brush to evenly spread the softened coconut oil over the surface of the dough.
- Evenly sprinkle the oiled dough over the cinnamon mixture.
- With parchment paper, roll the dough. Cut into 12 rolls and place them on the prepared plate.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden on top.
- To make the glaze, use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sweetener, vanilla and 2 tablespoons of milk.
- Beat until creamy, adding more milk one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
- When the cinnamon rolls are ready, let them cool down a bit. freeze
