- Recipe
- Whole milk powder (nest)4 tablespoon
- Whey protein vanilla flavor4 tablespoon
- Dr Peanut peanut paste very good flavor2 tablespoon
- Mineral or filtered water4 tablespoon
- In a bowl put the powdered milk and whey protein and mix well
- Add the water gradually until you form a very consistent cream (Nutella texture)
- Place half of this cream in silicone cupcake molds
- Inside this cream add a tablespoon of peanut butter in each mold (it will be the filling)
- Cover with the rest of the white whey protein cream
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
- unmold carefully
- Serve then well chilled đ
- Great snack or pre workout option đȘ
