- Shredded Coconut500 g
- Margarine1 coffee spoon
- Clove (optional) to taste
- In a pan, add the condensed milk along with a spoon of butter and 300 g of the grated coconut, bring to the heat and stir for 20 minutes or until the dough comes off the bottom of the pan. Place on a plate and let cool completely.
- Pass a little water in your hand so the balls don't stick (you can also use margarine) with a spoon of your preference, make a ball and pass them in the remaining grated coconut! If you want to decorate with cloves.
