- Butter at room temperature100 g
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- With a rolling pin, open the puff pastry so that it is very thin. Spread a thin layer of butter and sprinkle with the 100 g of sugar.
- Roll the puff pastry carefully, as if it were a roulade. Cut slices about 3 fingers thick.
- Grease aluminum pans with butter and sprinkle with a little sugar. Place each slice in a pan, sprinkle with more sugar and bake in the oven until golden.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown with caramel underneath.
