- Butter115 g
- Sugar30 g
- Almond flour40 g
- Wheat flour100 g
- Almond liqueur10 ml
- Icing sugar100 g
- Mix together the ingredients, except the icing sugar, to form a crumbly dough. If more liquid is needed, use a little cold water.
- Form a loaf of dough without kneading too much
- Stretch over 1 cm thick plastic film and let it cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Cut with the molds you want and bake at 180 degrees until they are firm and soft.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sugar while still hot/warm.
