  • Sugar-free Paçoquinhas2 unit(s)
  • Sugar-free peanut butter1 teaspoon
  • Xylitol2 teaspoon
  • Ghee Butter1 teaspoon
  • Crushed peanuts for rolling1 cup
  1. Put all the ingredients in a pan, except the crushed peanuts to roll the brigadeiro.
  2. Mix with the fire still off.
  3. With the medium fire on, stir until you can see the bottom of the pan or that it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
  4. Place in a jar in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Make balls and roll in crushed peanuts.
  6. Pour into molds and serve! Makes 15 units. Enjoy your food!
