- Ripe dwarf banana7 unit(s)
- Melted margarine5 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar1.1/2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Cut the bananas lengthwise and set aside.
- In a bowl place the dry ingredients, flour, sugar and yeast. Reserve.
- In another bowl, add the liquid ingredients, melted margarine, beaten eggs and milk. Reserve.
- Grease a medium shape with margarine and flour.
- Let's go to the montage.
- Make a layer of banana, on top with a spoon spread a little of the dry mixture, another banana, dry mixture and go like this until finished, finally pour the liquid mixture on top.
- If necessary adjust with a spoon so that this liquid mixture is all over the form.
- Bake in preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, until golden.
- Consumption suggestion: Warm with cream ice cream. Cold (next day) with coffee. It is very good, it is great to use ripe bananas.
