- For the dough, mix in a bowl, with your fingertips, the wheat flour, the cold butter and the sugar until it forms a crumb. Then add the egg and mix until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, place the dough in large pie tins, or in a removable bottom tin, and line the bottom and sides of the inside of the dough with aluminum foil and beans or pebbles in the center to give weight to our dough. pass for 10 minutes at 230 degrees or until the edges of our dough are golden brown.
- For the filling, place the powdered milk, sugar, water and lemon and mandarin juices in a blender. beat for 5 minutes or until the filling changes consistency. After beating, keep it in the fridge until it's time to fill the pie. Melt the semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie and set aside in the fridge.
- To assemble, take the cooked dough and place some of the melted semisweet chocolate in the center, pass the chocolate all over the center of the dough and remove the excess. Then put the stuffing and finish decorating with splintered grapes and lemon zest. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours and serve it very cold.
