- Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place the eggs, yogurt, sugar and oil in a blender and blend. Add the sugar and lemon zest, then the wheat flour and finally the yeast just to mix. Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan for approximately 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. For the topping, just beat the condensed milk with the lemon juice and set aside. I prefer to let the cake stay warm to cover, but I admit that warm is also delicious.
