- In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, oil and salt. Mix everything with the help of a wire whisk (fouet) or fork. Then add the milk, lemon zest, lemon juice and mix some more. Then add the wheat flour and mix until it is very homogeneous. Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour the cake batter into a greased and floured pan. 7. Bake in a preheated medium oven, 180ºC, for approximately 40 minutes. Syrup preparation method: 1. Beat everything in a blender, the condensed milk, the cream and the powdered lemon juice. Once ready and just cover the cake.
