- Butter (1 tablet)200 g
- Refined sugar1 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Lemon juice*1/4 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Beat the butter and sugar in a mixer until incorporated. Add the eggs and beat again. Then add the lemon and beat one last time. Now add the flour and stir until smooth. Finally goes the yeast, stir gently until incorporated.
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and apply a little oil to the paper. Add the dough and bake in a preheated oven (200°) for 30 minutes (do the toothpick test). Wait for it to cool and unmold.
- For frosting mix 1 cup of icing sugar with the juice of 1 lemon. Throw over the cake and enjoy!!!
- *for reference it was 2 lemons.
