- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Lemon Juice1/2 cup
- Lemon zest1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Lime Juice1/2 cup
- For the cake: In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.
- Add the margarine and mix well.
- Add the wheat flour, milk and lemon juice and mix gently until you form a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Add the lemon zest and baking powder and mix with a spatula.
- Place this dough in a greased and floured baking dish and bake in a medium oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- To the roof: In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice and mix until you get the consistency of a mousse.
- After the cake is already baked and cold, cover it with this lemon cream, and take it to the fridge for about 30 minutes, decorate with lemon zest and serve next.
