- Ingredients for the Syrup: 1 can of condensed milk 60 ml of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of sour cream
- In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, oil and salt.
- Mix everything with the help of a wire whisk (fouet) or fork.
- Then add the milk, lemon zest, lemon juice and mix some more.
- Then add the wheat flour and mix until it is very homogeneous.
- Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour the cake batter into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
- Syrup preparation method: In a bowl, add condensed milk and lemon juice.
- Stir well until firm.
- Then add the cream and mix again.
- Freeze for 20 minutes.
- After that time, cover the cake with this delicious icing.
- TIP: If you prefer, decorate with lemon zest on top.
