- 75g corn starch 180g sugar 4 eggs (200g) 150g wheat flour 180g melted butter 5g chemical yeast 1 lemon (juice+zest)780 g
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until white. In another bowl, mix flour, starch and chemical yeast, incorporate this mixture 3 times into the beaten eggs. Pour in the melted butter and mix. Add lemon juice + zest and mix again. Pour in a greased shape with butter and flour and bake for 40 minutes at 175°c
