- In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar and oil. Mix everything very well, with the help of a wire whisk or a spoon. Then add the milk, gelatin. Mix well and add the wheat flour. Stir until the mixture is very homogeneous. Finally, add the yeast and mix gently until it incorporates into the dough. Pour this dough into a greased and floured form. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes.
