- Lemon zest1/2 tablespoon

- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, add the eggs, the sugar and margarine. Beat with the help of a whisk until I get a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the lemon zest and mix well.
- Then add the wheat flour.
- Squeeze 4 lemons into a cup and fill with water until you get 1 cup exactly. Gradually add to the dough.
- Add the yeast and mix slowly with a spatula.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
- Roof: Pour the condensed milk into a refractory, put 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and then add the juice of the rest of the lemons. Just mix (does not go in the oven)
- Then just put the icing on the cake and serve.
