- In the blender, put the milk, oil, eggs, lemon juice (leaving a little for the topping), 1 tablespoon of lemon zest, sugar, beat well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the flour and baking powder and mix until a thick dough forms. Then pour the dough in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes or until cooked through.
- For the topping, put the condensed milk, the cream, and the rest of the lemon juice in a pan, stir until it thickens. Let it cool a little, pour it over the cake and decorate with lemon zest.
