- In the mixer, beat the egg whites with the sugar until they form a white cream.
- With the mixer on, add the yolks, margarine, milk and lemon juice.
- After the mixture is homogeneous, add the wheat gradually, preferably sieved, after everything is mixed add the yeast
- Place the dough in a greased and floured baking pan with a hole in the middle.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.

- In a bowl, pour the condensed milk and the lemon juice, mix everything until it forms a cream and just pour it on top of the cake and put the lemon zest.
