- Condensed milk (topping)1 can(s)
- Juice of 2 lemons2 unit(s)
- Lemon slices (for garnish) to taste
- Lemon zest (for garnish) to taste
- Beat all the ingredients until you form a homogeneous mass and lastly put the yeast.
- Pour in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for 40 min.
- When the cake is ready, unmold and set aside.
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk and lemon juice until well blended.
- Cover the cake with the icing and decorate.
