- Oil120 ml
- Sugar2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Squeezed lemons2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a blender, mix all the ingredients, except the chemical yeast.
- After mixing well, add the yeast and stir gently.
- Pour the mixture into a greased shape and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Do the toothpick test to check if it's baked.
- For Optional coverage Mix half a can of condensed milk with 2 tablespoons of squeezed lemon, stir well and pour over the warm cake.
- Finish with lemon zest.
