- Lemon zest1 to taste

- Wheat flour2 cup
- Lemon juice for the dough1/2 cup
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice for syrup60 ml
- In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, oil and salt.
- Mix everything with the help of a whisk or fork.
- Then add the milk, lemon zest, lemon juice and mix some more.
- Then add the wheat flour and mix until it is very homogeneous.
- Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour the cake batter into a greased and floured tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
- Now, for the lemon syrup, in a bowl, add the condensed milk and lemon juice, stir until firm, then add the cream.
- Take it to freeze for 20 minutes, after that time, throw the frosting over the cake uninformed.
