- Lemon juice1/2 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Cake Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Icing sugar250 g
- Mix in a bowl the 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of cooking oil, 1/2 cup of sugar mix with the help of a fouet
- After getting homogeneous add the lemon juice, 1/2 cup of milk and wheat flour, mix well
- Add the yeast and bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
- For the topping, beat 1 egg white in the mixer, add 250 grams of icing sugar and finally the juice of half a lemon. Whisk until stiff, icing-like.
