- Wheat flour180 g
- Corn starch1/2 cup
- Baking powder2 teaspoon
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180°C). Grease and flour a 20 cm diameter tin with a medium central hole. Reserve.
- Beat the oil, sugar, lemon juice, zest and eggs in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- In a bowl, sift the wheat, cornstarch and yeast, transfer to a bowl and gradually add the mixture until obtaining a creamy and homogeneous mass.Place the mass in a shape and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean, after being skewered in the dough. Wait for it to cool and unmold.
