- Roof Blend the cream, condensed milk and lemon juice in a blender.
- Beat the eggs, oil, sugar and lemon juice in a blender. Then mix with the flour and baking powder, along with the lemon zest, this step cannot be beaten, it has to be mixed by hand. Bake in a preheated oven when golden. Remove from the oven and let cool. Place the frosting already beaten in the blender over the cake, and top with the lemon zest (optional).
