- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Lemon4 unit(s)
- Cornstarch wafer, can be half a package.150 mg
- Lemon zest to taste
- Grind the cookies in the blender
- In a shape, add 2 tablespoons of margarine, add the crushed cookies and mix until it becomes a wet farofinha.
- Spread this mixture and go modeling the bottom and sides of the shape. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°g, or until golden. Be careful not to burn. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- Make a regular brigadeiro with 1 can of condensed milk, a tablespoon of margarine, 3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate and as soon as it comes out of the pan, turn off the heat and let it cool a little.
- Make the mousse by mixing well 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can of cream, and the juice of 3 lemons. You can mix everything in the blender.
- Spread the brigadeiro in the already cold form, on top put the mousse and finally the zest of 1 lemon.
- Cover with pvc film or aluminum foil and take it to the freezer for 2 hours or until it is very consistent.
