- Lemon Cream: 1 box of condensed milk. / 1 and a half box of sour cream. / juice of 3 lemons0 g
- 1 packet of cornstarch biscuits0 l
- Cream: put the condensed milk, the cream and the 3 squeezed lemons in the blender and beat for 3 minutes until it gets a firm consistency.
- On a platter place first a layer of lemon cream, then the cookies, cream, cookie and finish with the cream. On top put lemon zest and lemon in slices to decorate (optional) Take it to the fridge for 4 hours and it's ready to delight.
