- Maizena Biscuit300 g
- Lemon150 ml
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Lemon zest for garnish to taste
- In a blender, place the condensed milk, cream and lemon juice and blend for 3 minutes.
- On a platter, place a little of the lemon cream, on top make a layer of cornstarch biscuit, and repeat the process until finished.
- Decorate with the lemon zest on top, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
