- Condensed milk 2 boxes790 g
- Champagne biscuit 1 pack150 g
- Colorless unflavored gelatin 1 packet12 g
- Milk for dipping cookies to taste
- Blend the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice in a blender until obtaining a creamy consistency. Prepare the gelatin following the instructions on the package, then mix it into the cream and beat on maximum speed so that the gelatin is incorporated into the cream. Dip the cookies quickly in milk and line in a glass container until the bottom is filled. Pour the cream over the cookies and line another layer of cookies. Repeat the process until the entire container is filled. Place in the fridge for approximately 1 hour.
